Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to manage and strategize our recruitment operations within the renewable energy and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment solutions tailored to the renewable energy and engineering sectors.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams to drive traffic and engagement towards our recruitment platform.
- Organise and lead innovative recruitment campaigns and events to attract toptier talent.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for backgrounds in renewable energy or engineering sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships.
