Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to manage and strategize our recruitment operations within the renewable energy and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment solutions tailored to the renewable energy and engineering sectors.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to identify new recruitment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams to drive traffic and engagement towards our recruitment platform.
• Organise and lead innovative recruitment campaigns and events to attract toptier talent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for backgrounds in renewable energy or engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships.
• A creative problemsolver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
