Role outlined


To provide cover on Saturday's where you will be responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting in the delivery of excellent customer service to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.


Main responsibilities

  • To meet and greet customers on site.
  • To undertake administrative duties as requested.
  • Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages.
  • To send out samples and brochures.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external customers.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.

What level of experience will I need?

  • Ability to create working relationships with existing and potential customers, suppliers and Company internal departments.
  • A good team player who is able to work along as well as contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Positive and professional approach
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Customerfocused, with a positive attitude and good people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
