Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Front office agent/ Night Auditor in Mornington Victoria and Victor hotels 4*.

The hotels are located less than a minute walk from each other and are run by the same team members and management

Hotel consists of 20 rooms each which provides a great opportunity to provide a warm and attentive customer service to our guests and to attend to all the tasks at hand.

You will be responsible in providing an enjoyable stay to all our guests from the first welcome until their departure, have a good level of English and will be able to cope and find a solution to more complicated situations.

The duties will include and will not be limited to:
*Dealing with guests (check-in, check-out and any inquiries guest might have)

*Working with reservation and third-party agent systems to ensure a smooth running of the night

*Completing daily tasks

An ideal applicant will have previous hotel receptionist experience and will be offered a wage of £12.00 per hour and permanent position.
