Home Instead Central Hampshire is seeking compassionate Care Professionals for our evening shifts.

Responsibilities:


  • Foster meaningful connections with our clients during evening visits, providing companionship and care.
  • Create a warm and inviting home atmosphere by assisting with light household tasks and meal preparations.
  • Help clients unwind and prepare for a restful night.
  • Engage in enjoyable activities such as reading or watching TV shows together.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional care and peace of mind.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience not required; comprehensive in-house training provided.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities.
  • Innate caring and friendly nature, with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and their families.
