Circa £50,000 to £55,000 pa

Duties

  • Focus on the reliability of gas plants and equipment where you will carry out regular condition assessments, root cause failure analysis and reliability reviews.
  • Ensure plant and equipment is optimally operated, monitored and maintained safely and to a high level of reliability and efficiency, and with minimum lifetime cost, this involves also managing key suppliers in these fields
  • Coordinate / provide strong leadership of the Condition Based Maintenance and Cooling Water Management programmes across the Onsites business.
  • Develop and implement strategies, plans, standards and workflow processes with current tools and internal resources that are available to help you such as UK Technical Authorities and Teams of Experts, EMEA peer team and Global experts
  • Work with site personnel, procurement and outsource partners to define how all the various parties cooperate together with each other effectively to bring UK to gold standard operating level
  • Ensure full that ongoing compliance is maintained through regular day to day engagement with all relevant personnel
  • Set up and drive the use of KPI's to monitor compliance and ensure focus remains in the right areas, and resources & finances are used to greatest effect
  • Identify roles, compile competency profiles & training needs, develop training materials & resources and deliver training courses, again using whatever resources are available

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • You must have the highest level of personal Integrity.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Experience in developing workflow processes, implementing change management, and leading or coordinating a business programme
  • A team player with proven leadership experience
  • A knowledge of plant and machinery or cooling systems is an advantage.
  • You must have a high level of personal Integrity
  • Full UK driver's license
