Production Operatives Wanted - PermanentPosition**The Best Connection Swindon are recruiting for Production Operatives for our client, a manufacturing company based in Swindon. This role is easily accessible by public transport and offers a variety of shifts. This role offers permanent positions following a successful trail period.


The Role:


  • Follow all steps within the SOP when working on the manufacture of the product, prepping and cleaning of equipment
  • Accurately completing batch information
  • Ensuring equipment functions correctly
  • Provide assistance to other operators when required.
  • Must have good numeracy and literacy skills

Hours and Pay

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
- £20,500
