Westminster Forum Projects is a market leader in organising senior-level seminars on many areas of public policy.


The role -

  • Online research
  • Researching key stakeholder groups for upcoming conferences
  • Breaking down information from various sources, identifying important data, providing leads for our Data Entry Team
  • Adding new contacts to the database on our internal CRM system
  • Updating information for existing records on the system
  • Assisting in data cleaning tasks to ensure all contact details are kept up to date
  • Researching and categorising contacts
  • Additional data Entry tasks on the internal CRM system when required
  • Being part of the on the day event teams. Helping the conferences run smoothly on the current online platform
  • Strong research skills
  • Strong eye for detail with exceptional accuracy
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of company business structures would be a distinct advantage
  • A desire to develop, progress and take on extra responsibilities
  • Will have the right to work in the UK

The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch, working from home however you will be needing to be able to commute to occasional in-person meetings, based either in London or Bracknell.
