Customer Success Executive - Fluent German

£27,000 - £32,000

Contract - 1 Year Fixed

Hybrid Working days max office based

Our client is a global, award winning media events business organising and hosting some of the world's leading large scale exhibitions and conferences.

As their sales team continues to grow the need has arisen for a customer success executive to join their team.

The Customer Success team plays a vital role in not only client retention but accelerating revenue through providing data-driven solutions.

Known as the custodians of the brand throughout the business, the team works cross-functionally to ensure a tailoredcustomer experience.

The customer success executive would be responsible for full cycle campaign management, client onboarding, facilitating promotion estimates both internally and externally along with providing data and insights to support clients with further post-campaignrecommendations and optimizations.

Requirements:

Years of Experience within customer success/ customer service -
Fluent German required

Ideally some experience within b2b events conferences or exhibitions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge in Excel and/or G Suit and Google Sheets
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Selfstarter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
