Keynetics Ltd is recruiting an
'Customer Service Advisor' to assist with the daily activity required in the Operations Team.
Job Summary

The role
- Helping customers with remote support of our products and reviewing their account activity
- Following up on important calls to ensure that the query has been resolved.
- Determine actions required based on established procedures.
- Tracking and documenting actions taken.
- Building rapport with customers to resolve issues and questions
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and responding to escalated customer issues
- Experience in delivery of customer service.
- Desire to help others.
- Good team player.
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys working in an office environment.

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
