Main duties

  • Generate and develop business relationships and sales pipeline with a focus on maximising long term revenue and profitability.
  • Qualify and shape inbound leads into large and differentiated enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Lead multidisciplinary bid teams, effectively interact with all other relevant internal departments including Account Management, Marketing and Technical teams.
  • Proactively reach out to enterprise clients in key sectors with compelling, tailored propositions.
  • Form a closely with internal stakholders to foster energy and support for developing projects and new market propositions alike.
  • Build sales strategies to strengthen and progress the company strategies.

What We're looking for:
A proven 'hunter', who has sold in the digital space:

  • You have a track record of winning six-figure+ digital opportunities with enterprise clients;
  • You have excelled in building relationships with executive level prospects
  • You have considerable experience helping define and execute new business growth strategies and of building new business pipelines for digital solutions at executive level;
  • You thrive on autonomy and are comfortable working independently, and being held accountable for your actions and results;
  • You are an exceptional communicator, who can influence at board level
  • You are well versed in agile and lean practices and programmes, and should be able to demonstrate understanding of how these projects are executed.
