As part of continuing expansion, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join a company who have been providing quality manufactured products worldwide for over 30 years


Salary of £30,000 and located in Christchurch.

  • Monday to Friday
  • On site parking

  • Stock management and forecasting
  • Production planning
  • New product sourcing
  • Systems and procedures
  • Customer ordering
  • Adherence to customer SLA's
  • Staff training and coaching
  • Dealing with bluechip customers
  • Dealing with overseas suppliers

  • Excellent communication skills
  • System and process implementation
  • Ability to adapt to new situations
  • Proven track record of operations team management
