Administrative Assistant
Location in person - in Didcot or nearby
Job role
Administrative support including:
- Manage the calendar, schedule virtual and inperson meetings
- Organising and maintaining a filing system files, and other work documents
- Assist with project management by conducting research and providing support
- Inbox management
- Attend meetings and act as a sounding board and take the meeting minutes
- Read through documents and pullout key information
- Learning and understanding clients individual way of working and adapting to support their needs
- Assisting with financial administration including purchase, ordering, and expenses
- Social media management to grow and maintain a social media presence and market projects/work
- Additional adhoc duties
Requirements and skills:
- Interest in property
- Excellent clientfacing communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A working knowledge of IT programs, word, excel etc
- Problemsolving skills
- Experience in a similar role would be helpful
- Solid organisational skills, including giving attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Quick thinker
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in social media and/or marketing would be beneficial
- Be a freelancer/selfemployed
12 hours a week. May vary up and down.
Job Type:

Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary:
£16.00-£25.00 per hour
