Are you a fluent Spanish speaker? Are you able to assist business customers in Spain over the phone?

Berry Recruitment are assisting a Newport based manufacturer in finding a Spanish speaking Customer Support Advisor.

You would be joining a team of 4 Customer Support Advisors providing support to overseas clients, in a range of European languages.


The Role:

This is a permanent, full-time role within the customer support team.

Hours are 9-5pm and 8-4pm on alternate weeks. There is no weekend working.


Your duties:


You will have excellent written and speaking skills in Spanish, be an excellent communicator, have a confident phone manner, be patient, able to problem solve, can think on your feet, able to multi-task and prioritise.


Progression:

As a growing organisation there will be opportunities to move on to other departments: e.g. product management team, supply chain, factory/ warehouse, IT, and finance,
