Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Executive to join our friendly team. Here at Kinley we pride ourselves on offering first class customer service.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Answering the phone quickly, ensuring that we are welcoming and friendly at all times
  • Responding to customer enquiries from architects and contractors
  • Quoting clients within 1 hour if it's a standard product, 48 hours if it's a bespoke product
  • Ensuring that we set up projects, with relevant contacts and estimated close dates so that they can be followed up by sales team
  • Taking orders and processing them, ensuring they're delivered correctly and that they're happy
  • Dealing with delivery queries and ensuring any customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Following up on orders that have been delivered, getting feedback and creating follow up tasks for sales team and business development team if necessary.
  • Overseeing the delivery of samples
  • Following up sample delivery and creating tasks accordingly for sales team
  • Ensuring that there is consistent communication with the sales and operations team to ensure perfect service
  • Communicating with Express and Global (warehouse) when required
  • Managing bespoke projects and ensuring clients are communicated with
This is a key role working directly with our customers. The role is office based in East Sussex, 5 days a week.


You will have a drive for success, be self-motivated, committed to delivering excellent service with great interpersonal skills, and someone with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
