Great Opportunity - Network Engineer / Network Operations Engineer - Leading specialist international Financial Services organisation requires Network Engineer / Network Operations Engineer, to provide level 1 & level 2 support

The organisation is a one of the global leaders in trading & financial information allowing major financial businesses, brokers & traders to make swift, informed & calculated decisions

As Network Engineer / Network Support Engineer, you will work within NOC as part of the global Infrastructure team responsible for support & maintenance of critical Network Operations environment & trade support for external clients & traders, where externalconnectivity is vital to the business.

You will provide prompt level 1 & level 2 support & analysis issues & enquiries

Network Engineer /Network Operations Engineer / NOC Engineer-Financial Services -
London - Remote/Flexible working - 6M Contract Inside IR35 - £450 pd

Key Aspects _

Network Engineer / Network Support Engineer / Network Operations Engineer / Network Analyst
_

3+ years experience as Network Engineer, Network Support Engineer, Network Operations Engineer, NOC Engineer, Network Operations Analyst, Network Security Engineer, Network Analyst, Network Support Analyst, Network Security Analyst, or similar
You will provide prompt level 1 & level 2 support for Network & Network connectivity issues & enquiries, escalating where necessary
Solid experience of networks, routing & switching protocols, troubleshooting & network connectivity, both online & via private lines, with ability to troubleshoot & maintain/setup connectivity

Financial Services

Essential to have expertise in external connectivity over online/internet, ideally working with brokers & traders
Solid experience & knowledge of Firewalls & troubleshooting in Checkpoint & Palo Alto
Experience LAN/WAN protocols together with BGP, with experience of BGP over private lines & external connectivity
Experience & strong knowledge of F5 Load Balancing
