Description

As Head of Operations, you will lead a growing Project Management team, providing support for Coventry University Group's industry focussed projects, and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled for a project portfolio currently valued at £30m.

You will play a leading role in resource planning and team growth as new contracts are secured.

Additionally, you will be an escalation point for the project management team, and ensure high levels of quality are maintained across the portfolio and implement continuous improvement strategies.
