Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion and sponsor a customer centric culture from within the team and across the business
  • Lead and deliver a strategic improvement agenda underpinned by customer collaboration and key deliverables across the supply chain and commercial agendas
  • Build with the team strategic relationships across top 5 On and Off Trade customers
  • Define and deliver clear improvement plans with key accounts that target improvement in service, cost and sustainability
  • Track, monitor and communicate service ensuring a front of mind focus is placed on service excellence across the business
  • Collaborate with commercial leads to align on service intervention actions when required to include capping & delivery performance decisions
  • Lead and optimise the order to cash process ensuring that our level of service to customers is never compromised
  • Full linemanagement responsibility for team, including but not limited to individual one to ones, team meetings, objective setting and personal development planning 3 Sales Support Coordinators and 1 Export Coordinator
  • Work with 3PLs and key internal stakeholders to focus and ensure service targets are met across all UK channels & international markets
  • Through industry insights drive best practice to enhance service perofrmance
  • Monitor inventory levels working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimised stock targets
  • Work closely with Finance department regarding debtors, invoice queries and payments
  • Ability to complete HMCS documents and other supporting material as required
  • Work with the I.T department on improving internal processes
  • Other duties in support of business needs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Results oriented experience within the food & beverage industry
  • Strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation
  • Welldeveloped communication and people skills; effective on an interpersonal level
  • Financial acumen and experience of driving efficiency
  • Experience of leading Supply Chain relationships with major retailers / similar experience in alternative sector
  • Experience of delivering results through others & leading cross functional teams
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and understand data to drive action
