HYBRID WORKING
Fox Morris are working with Southwark Council in relations to finding a Principal Enforcement Officer to start work ASAP


Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in carrying out inspections under HHSRS
  • Extensive experience in writing schedules of work and serving notices under Housing Act 200
  • Experience in preparing prosecution bundles and appearing as a witness in court and/or at FTT
  • Experience in serving CPNs
  • Good conflict management skills
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
