We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our growing team.

Areas of the job involve:
Creation of the Procurement plan Updating and reviewing the supplier database Liaison with Design and Operations teams Allocation of Purchase invoices for approval Negotiation of order discounts, group rate discounts and rebates. Communicating with the Warehouse Manager and Accounts to update the use of held stock in projects Allocation of Purchase invoices for approval Directly liaise with Equipment Suppliers to confirm delivery dates and cross refer with the POs raised. Assist with bulk tendering with suppliers for standard materials on 36month basis Here's what we need from you:

2+ years in a procurement role in construction or engineering

Experience with competitive tendering processes Understanding of common procurement contract terms Strong communication and relationship skills Ability to multitask and problem solve. Ideally CIPS level 4 What will you get in return?
