The Role


We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to work as part of a growing team, delivering a professional service and excellent customer experience within our Customer Support Team.

The role will require a proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet when dealing with customer queries and planning day to day work for our engineers.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to be part of our Customer Support Team delivering an outstanding customer experience to be proud of.


As well as dealing with day to day customer queries, you will also be required to ensure customer appointments are booked efficiently and ensuring our engineers' time is maximised.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling all customer contacts at various points throughout their journey.
  • Working closely with other areas of the business to enable fast and efficient resolutions for customers.
  • Assisting in planning and organising jobs for engineers.
  • Data entry on our customer portals.
  • Manage workload and prioritise tasks appropriately.
  • Liaise with clients, customers and engineers to maintain positive working relationships.

Key skills and requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
  • IT competent and the ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Ability to multitask with a dynamic and flexible approach
  • Existing knowledge or experience in EV industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Good attitude towards individual and team success.
  • Ability to proactively provide solutions and solve internal and external customer queries.

Salary
£22,000+ DOE
