Customer Service Advisor

Cheltenham

Up to £24,000 DOE

Temp - Perm
My client is nationally renowned in the Credit industry.

They are looking for a full-time customer service advisor to handle calls, queries and find acceptable solutions for themselves and their client.

They have excellent incentive packages and a great training programme to enhance development.


The Role:


  • Contacting customers to discuss payment resolutions on behalf of clients.
  • Obtain sufficient information to set up payment arrangements.
  • Completing administrative tasks

About You:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great listener
  • Excellent computer skills and IT literate
  • Attention to detail.
