Are you an organised, proactive, and confident administrator looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are seeking an Administration Co‑ordinator (Operations) to support the smooth and efficient running of our Warehouse and wider operational activities. This key role ensures compliance, supports people‑related processes, and provides essential administrative support to our Operations team.

As our Administration Co‑ordinator, you will play a vital role in keeping our operational and warehouse functions running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
People & Time Administration
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records
- Support documentation for employee 1‑2‑1s, performance discussions, and return‑to‑work processes
- Co‑ordinate agency worker onboarding and maintain updated employee/agency records
- Support drug and alcohol testing administration
Operational & Warehouse Support
- Manage forklift truck defect reporting, repairs, and communication with service providers
- Order PPE and other operational materials required by the Warehouse team
- Track repair-related incidents and maintain accurate logs.
- Oversee work vehicle bookings and associated administrative tasks
Training & Scheduling
- Arrange training sessions, maintain training records, and raise requisitions.
- Support diary management for operational teams.
Financial & Administrative Tasks
- Process credit card purchases and maintain operational booking systems
- Ensure accurate data entry across operational systems.
Compliance, Safety & Site Management
- Monitor visitor activity and ensure compliance with site rules
- Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and maintain records
- Act as a point of contact for process queries and support procedure development.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of administrative processes
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external providers
- High level of confidentiality, compliance awareness, and professionalism
- Valid driving licence
Desirable
- Experience improving administrative processes
- Previous operational or warehouse environment experience
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
