Salary in line with experience:
£120 per day

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, and maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing support as needed.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of trust and collaboration.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, including observations, assessments, and learning journeys.

Requirements:


  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting.
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
