A large, luxury brand organisation is seeking a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Paying a competitive salary of £22-23.5k, this is a great opportunity to further expand your customer service skills, working with a prestigious client base.

This role will be based in the office in Worsley, Manchester.


Key Duties:


  • Advise customers of turnaround times, repairs costs, technical information and other general enquiries
  • Offer clients a proactive service that goes the extra mile
  • Effectively use inhouse database and systems to maintain accurate records
  • Track incoming and outgoing parcels
  • To deal with client dissatisfaction in an understanding way in line with brand values
  • Work with internal departments to obtain information to respond to client queries
  • Work to a standard of excellence, meeting determined deadlines

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar customer service call advisor role
  • Knowledge of and ability to use various computer and telephone systems
  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand (preferable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with team goals
  • Ability to respond to customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
  • Able to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
