- £24,000 - £26,000 OTE

Our well established business is growing and we are looking for an Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings team.

You will be working alongside our hard working, driven team in a modern office, which provides an enjoyable and exciting working environment.

Halliday Homes is a Local, Award Winning, Independent Sales and Letting Agent with offices in Bridge of Allan and Linlithgow.

The Role:

• Schedule accompanied viewings and engage with clients.
• Seek appropriate documentation from Landlord and tenants.
• Support the process of bringing new properties to the market.
• Day to Day management of diaries.
• Meeting & Greeting customers within the office.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Organizing and carrying out routine visits to our managed properties.
• Carry out tenant referencing and preparation of tenancy agreement.
• Negotiating with tenants and landlords.
• Dealing and following up with property repairs and maintenance.
• Carry out property viewings.
• Keeping clients up to date.
• Management of new and existing tenants on electronic database.

Requirements:

We are keen to find someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for them Therefore, we're looking for someone who;

• Should have previous experience in residential sales and or lettings.
• Wants to join a successful and growing business.
• Sees motivation in organization and is ambitious to redefine the real estate experience.
• Can build rapport with the team, to maintain good relationships with our agents and clients.
• Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service.
• Flexibility to work between our Bridge of Allan, Auchterarder and Linlithgow offices.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
