HappyWoods Nursery is excited to be recruiting for a passionate Early Years Room Leader to join the team and be part of the HappyWoods family.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To

Work closely with your team to support a shared vision of the Toddlers nursery room
Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for the children to learn, play and develop
Create interesting and inspiring activities to children to learn through play
Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations
Use a friendly approach with parents and carers

This Room Leader role is offering £23,00 - £26,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week, the nursery is open from 07:45am to 6:00pm.

To Be Successful For This Role You Should

Have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Have experience working with children aged 0 to 5 in a nursery environment
Experience of working in line with the EYFS framework
Have at least 3 solid years of experience in Early Years
