Pizza Chef - Restaurant / QSR

Mansfield

£24,000 to £28,000 per annum:

Full Time position to include regular evening and weekend work_

Our client is a franchise partner to one of the UK's fastest growing pizza brands, who are at the start of their journey with plans for many more sites in the pipeline - making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pizza Chef who is looking to developin their own career as the company grows.

The Pizza Chef will support the management team in the day to day running of the store, with a particular focus on creating fresh and authentic pizzas to brand standards.

The Pizza Chef will have experience within a branded fast food environment and will beenthusiastic and passionate with high levels of energy to deal with a fast-paced business; in addition to demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make pizzas and other products the right way every time to maintain quality and stock control.
Engage politely with all team members and customers and maintain high standards of customer service during highvolume, fastpaced operations
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times as well as completing checks daily.
Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens and cooking times.
Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
Clean food preparation areas, stock areas, equipment and utensils.
Prepare ingredients to ensure success during peak hours.
Ensure that stock rotation is carried out correctly.
