Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service / Sales in E-Commerce:

Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Sales.
Come up with ideas to sell direct.
Happy to work to targets.

Website/ Social Media/ Discord Management:

Regularly update and refresh content to keep it current and appealing.
Conduct routine checks for broken links and fix any issues promptly.
Collaborate with IT to address technical challenges and implement improvements.
Develop engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
Schedule posts to maintain a consistent and active online presence.
Use visual elements, such as images and videos, to enhance content appeal.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
Respond to inquiries and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner.
Foster a sense of community by encouraging usergenerated content and discussions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations, preferably within the elearning or ecommerce industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various aspects of platform operations.
Excellent communication skills with a customercentric approach.
Familiarity with elearning platforms and ecommerce systems is a plus.

Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
