We're looking for a Digital Marketing Account Lead to join either our St Albans or Cheltenham team.

You will be part of our Client Services Team, which works directly with our clients, building relationships and developing trust.

You will help implement any agreed strategies and work alongside our delivery teams, to ensure that we consistently produce high quality work that meets clients' expectations.

Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you will get to test your skills extensively across a variety of industries.

What do we Need?


The successful person will work with a strategist to create sustainable roadmaps for our clients' campaigns, assess success and failure and feedback results to your clients.

With the ability to always think innovatively and be flexible enough to take the client on a different journey, as required, in order to maximise their investment.


You'll be:


  • Experienced and knowledgeable in account management and tactics behind digital marketing
  • Be resilient enough to challenge clients and have difficult conversations, when not everything goes well.
  • Analytical to assess success or failure of campaigns
  • A team player
  • Keen to learn new skills. Everyday will be a learning day
  • Willing to share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team
  • Someone who embraces success and failure equally there's no room for egos

You'll have:


  • Ability to effectively manage retainers and projects inhouse with our delivery team but also manage the expectations of the client.
  • Experience in account management, understanding how to build and maintain the trust of clients
  • Commercial acumen, understanding the needs of our clients
  • A desire to see our clients succeed
  • A growth mindset you'll be aware of your strengths and weaknesses and willing to work on them
  • A strong attention to detail
