Description

This successful global property services business is looking to appoint a new Management Accountant to strengthen the head office team near Solihull.

You will take accountability for the production of month-end reporting and UK statutory accounts, as wellas involvement with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

You will also provide KPI reports, performance analysis and detailed commentary for a variety of internal budget holders, offering influence and assistance in ensuring they run a more efficient and profitable budget.

Ideally, you will:

Be a recently qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable experience of producing management accounts / reports / analysis in a commercial environment;
Have good technical accounting skills, with experience of preparing full statutory accounts as well as producing management accounts;
Have exposure to providing financial support to nonfinance people, with proven experience of provision of insightful and detailed finance analysis;
Have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and a strong personality (the ability to influence / control internal and external people to maintain workflow and gain required information to meet deadlines is an essential part of therole).
