You will need to demonstrate that you can engage skilfully with clients from a variety of backgrounds and have proven skills at working in a busy environment.

You will be a highly motivated strong team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.


You will have the ability to understand written and oral information of some complexity and the ability to communicate information in a way the client understands.


Good numeracy skills are essential as you will need to calculate benefit entitlement and determine whether Universal Credit is the right benefit to claim.

You will have effective written communication skills for the purposes of correspondence and case writing.

This role requires the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. You will have some shifts which start at 8am or finish at 6pm between Monday and Friday.
