The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to join our growing start-up in London. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail, fintech and telco enterprises.

We are looking to build out our team to service our enterprise-level clients as the business grows in 2023.

This hands-on client-facing role requires significant business process design and optimisation experience, backed by a strong technical background to leverage 'out of the box' functionality, and be able to recommend extending the platform/s where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Construct inspiring story led client and partner facing presentations capturing transformational journeys through strategic roadmaps, scoping, high level design and proposal estimates that align with our client's strategy, objectives, timelines and budget
  • Manage and lead large project teams to deliver enterprise consulting engagements, provide oversight and proactively assess engagement risks, drive conclusions, review and challenge the output produced by the team
  • Drive the growth of the practice by proactively identifying and supporting new business, upsell and cross sell opportunities through collaboration with commercial managers and consultants during presales, bids, account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Facilitate business process discovery workshops, capture, write up and be able to articulate client requirements
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to remove blockers, implement and optimise internal business process, tools, templates, frameworks and support decision making
  • Instil best practices and 'outside the box' thinking to design and build innovative market leading solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Proactively engage in client strategy projects and support architects and/or consultants on business process best practices including process reengineering frameworks/sessions and provide technical advice across disciplines
  • Create and manage a backlog of wellformed user stories and deliver with our technical teams; track and ensure projects are on time, in scope and within budget
  • Act as an extension of our clients' team to identify opportunities for process optimisation, redesign, or new processes to reduce cost, improve client satisfaction or increase revenue
  • Engage, align, support and train various stakeholder groups from exec to business users throughout the project lifecycle scoping, development, testing, deployment, go live, aftercare
  • Foster and maintain C-Suite relationships with clients, partners and peers to foster transparency and alignment, provide exceptional levels of service to retain and cultivate accounts

  • Be a thought leader and advocate for process optimisation and business transformation through the generation of industry specific blog content, attending and speaking at industry, client and partner facing events

You:


What you'll bring to Trigg

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years consulting and process experience in a client facing Functional Lead or similar discipline role within top IT consulting firms serving retail, media, high tech, fintech or telco industries
  • Demonstrable track record of helping win new business, building high performing teams of consultants, analysts, technologists and third party suppliers to develop detailed solutions, costs, timescales and delivery of transformational multimarket Salesforce CRM projects
  • Proven client facing skills with excellent, presentation, spoken and written storytelling communication, and receptive listening skills; be able to articulate and present complex ideas in a clear, concise and outcomeorientated fashion through PPT/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, Demos and conversations
  • Certified Salesforce Consultant with at least 3 certifications (Sales, Service, Marketing or Experience Cloud beneficial)
  • Commercially minded, detail and results oriented, driven selfstarter who makes things happen in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills a logical, analytical thinker, committed to constant upskilling
  • Deep expertise in understanding and transforming client needs and pain points, ability to facilitate deep discussions and challenge the status quo from engagement start t
