Description

Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Somerset, who have a vacancy for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to join their Communal Services team, where you'll be based in Yeovil or the surrounding area.


In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of the communal cleaning service through a designated team in a defined geographical operational area.

Ensuring all resources are utilised efficiently and work is completed in a safe and timely manner and always adhere to the company Health & Safety policies and procedures.


Customers are at the heart of everything our client do, so we want to make sure that the Team Leader can provide high quality service and undertake the role with a commercial and customer-based ethos.


Utilising your excellent communication skills, you'll work closely and collaboratively with all colleagues across the business to ensure the delivery of a high performing communal cleaning service to all customers within the operating area.
