Quality Administrator
E&O Laboratories Ltd, are recruiting for a Quality Administrator for our site at Burnhouse Farm, Bonnybridge.


Job Opportunity:


We are looking to recruit an up-beat, positive, motivated individual to undertake our Quality Administrator role based within our Quality Assurance Department.

This role involves maintaining all quality assurance documentation associated with the manufacturing, testing and release of pre-prepared microbiological culture media.


Key tasks and responsibilities:


  • Ensure manufacturing records are complete and accurate, that any deviation is documented and justified, prior to release of the product.
  • Ensure analysis records are complete and accurate prior to the reporting of analysis.
  • Create and upload Certificates of Analysis for all products released for sale.
  • Check recipes are up to date, inform relevant department if changes are required and approve changes on Qpulse if required.
  • Ensure manufacture and testing records are filed appropriately and control of records process is maintained.
  • Ensure completion of our document review processes in line with regulatory and company requirements this will include assisting other departments to ensure all documents are reviewed, approved, and updated in a timely manner.
  • Review external publications and issue impact assessments to relevant department.

About you


To be successful in this role you will have excellent administration and communication skills, as well as good computer skills, the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, whilst being articulate.


You must be highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative, as part of a busy team.

Previous experience working within a Quality Assurance environment or working in a similar role would be an advantage.


Shift Pattern/Hours of work:


Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.30, however some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role.


Salary:

£21,673.60 to £22,276.80 per year depending on experience
