Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Performance Improvement team at CU as a Quality Officer. Whilst this role is based at the CU Coventry campus, it will encompass all of our campuses.

You will be at the forefront within the field of quality improvement and quality assurance.

As a member of the team, you will work as an effective team member, promoting Quality Management throughout the business and the CU Group.

You will provide support to the Compliance and Continuous Improvement Manager and the wider team.

This is a hands-on role that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual with knowledge of quality assurance systems. You must be able to think on your feet, work independently but also as part of a team.

You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure is essential for this post.

You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this will include some evenings and Saturdays. This is a full-time/ 12 month FTC maternity cover post with a start date of 'as soon as possible'.
