We are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering two-to-one support, and can build positive relationships with our service users and their family.

Meet Our Service User

Our Service user is a lady in her 40's who lives independently with the support of her care team in Salford.

She requires support with her complex care needs throughout the day on a 2:1 basis.

She loves to spend quality time with her family and friends as they are a big part of her everyday life.

Being pampered is something she loves to do. She enjoys getting her nails painted, going shopping, and playing bingo with her friends and care team.

Other hobbies include watching tv especially dramas, her favourite films and eating delicious food with those around her.

Throughout the day you will provide support with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, assisting with meal preparation, and attending to her clinical needs when required.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

3 months of previous care experience
Personal Care
Moving and Handling
Medication Administration

Desirable Experience

Spinal Injury Awareness
Tracheostomy Care
Ventilation management
Diabetes management
Cough Assist
Oral Suctioning

We have the following shifts available;

Full Time & Part time Days
23 shifts per week
7:00am7:00pm

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Saturdays & Sundays:
£14.50 per hour (£174 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday:
£17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
