Description

You will have your own daily, weekly and monthly tasks but otherwise each day will differ and will be dependent on what is happening in the yard.

A typical week could see you unloading machinery and parts with a forklift, cleaning and polishing machinery before it is delivered to our customers, washing machinery returned from hire, or in for repair.

Daily task examples would be the general maintenance of the yard and properties, keeping tidy, sweeping up, emptying bins, etc.

• General maintenance keep yard & properties tidy
• Load/unload lorries with forklift
• Prepare & wash down machines for hire, sale & repair
• Prepare machines for delivery clean, polish, windows etc
• Check machines in & out for hire
• Fuel up vehicles
• Build up basic machines
• Assist mechanics as an extra pair of hands
• Back up parts delivery driver

• Experience in any of the duties listed
• Full driving licence
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work on own & as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Forklift/machinery operation experience
• Forklift licence desirable (training can be provided)
