of Stretch Communications, who work with customer loyalty brands including Sky VIP and
O2 Priority, alongside specialising in experiential events for some of the world's leading
media brands and film distributors. Key clients have includes Sky, The Sun and Stylist. As
well as film studios including Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros, Sony and
Lionsgate.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role will work within the Film team, providing administrative support and general
support to the office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist Account Manager with cinema booking administration, including booking sites,
- Assist Account Manager with researching Independent cinema chains to maintain
- Proactively keep on top of industry news and updates
- Support the film team with day to day administration of projects
- Assist with writing briefs alongside the team and maintain and update project plans
- Assist team with delivering necessary information to clients
- Assist with creative input into film preview screenings and the potential partners for
- Work with staffing agency to coordinate Brand Ambassadors for events
- Attend brainstorm meetings, contribute proactively with idea and initiatives for each
- Copy check and liaise with partners for media coverage approvals
- Collating media coverage for projects
- Research key information for client briefs
- Book couriers/merchandise/competition vouchers for event and film projects
- Deal with general administration such as taking calls, answering and checking
- Assist with the compilation of final reports for clients
- Responsible for updating office supplies
- Exhibition/Cinema experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisations skills
- A key attribute is attention to detail
- A willing and positive attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects across the same period
- Personable, positive attitude l with a keen interest in film and entertainment
Job Types:

Up to £26,000.00 per year
