Due to company expansion and various instructions, we have flexible roles available, dependant on what you can bring to the business.

Commission profit scheme of 20% of NET profit of monthly instructions completed after basic.

Residential Building Surveyor - Home Based

- £45,000 + Level 2/3 Experience preferable with other surveys/reports

Duties

• Carrying out Residential surveys homebuyer L2 reports and L3 building surveys (Dependant on experience).
• Forging excellent relationships with clients and delivering a bestinclass service
• Survey a wide spectrum of residential properties

You

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS certificate or RICS number.
• Experienced in RICS Home Surveys and ideally VRS, Defect reports, Damp, Structural etc.
• Excellent Report Writing skills and ability to turn reports around within 4 days for review.
• Previous experience of GoReport, Rightmove STC is desirable.
