Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our maintenance and properties team. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining green spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to clients' maintenance requests, and servicing properties.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

Completing minor plumbing repairs such as fixing dripping taps or running toilet cisterns
Installing new electrical wiring for outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Installing household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers
Installing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and installing window locks
Conducting emergency audits
Undertaking basic gardening
Providing itemised quotes and invoices
Detects and reports the need for major maintenance repairs.
Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns.
Conduct performance assessments of property appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, etc.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role.
Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
Ability to work with hardware tools and equipment.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Detailorientated with an aptitude for problemsolving.
Have own basic tools.
Have driving license

£110.

00 per day

Schedule:

8hours shift, 2 days a week

Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location:
NW and South London.
