Hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our Business Manager.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities and supporting our team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Manager with daytoday administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, adhoc business tasks and more.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and compile data for various reports and projects.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Conduct research and collect data to support decisionmaking processes.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring everything is wellmaintained and stocked.
- Support the Business Manager in special projects and adhoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, providing support to senior executives or management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn new software or tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and proactively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships.
