Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on the hot and cold water systems
- Maintenance and repair of the heating systems (Gas Safe is desirable)
- Maintenance of the drainage systems
- General maintenance work including working at highlevel
- Being part of the College's outofhours On-Call system
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with buildings and equipment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Plumbing: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
