Whilst the role is based at our Howden office, site visits will be expected to be made, as required, to capture and create marketing content.
The Group Marketing & Comms coordinator will report to the Group Company Director and be expected to liaise with site operatives and heads of departments, plus work with the finance and administrative support teams.
Detailed description of duties:
1.
Marketing and Communications Activities
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the various companies' business goals
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals and targets
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise marketing activity
- Stay uptodate with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Manage company websites and maintain them, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimise content for the websites and social media platforms of all companies
- Create and work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
2.
Project Planning and Delivery
- To act as the main point of contact for website design partners and print and design suppliers
- To plan marketing activities such to ensure they are delivered flexibly and with optimum efficiency of resources
- To develop systems, procedures and strategies to ensure consistency at all times when communicating via digital platforms and IT systems
- Attendance at meetings as required providing relevant input

Finance and Administrative
- Adhering to relevant policies and procedures
- Ensuring resources are correctly allocated to ensure maximum financial efficiency and cost control
- Ability to calculate multiply marketing project spends for multiple campaigns
- Ensuring accurate recording and processing of documentation to ensure the company group Finance Department can raise timely invoices and settle accounts
4.
General
- Adhering at all times to relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Assisting the Company Group Director in achieving company key performance indicators and objectives
- Such other duties as may reasonably be prescribed by the Company Group Director appropriate to the grade and responsibilities of this post
Job Types:

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary:
£27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
