Location:

This role will involve hybrid working, visiting academies on a regularly basis, attending weekly team meetings and occasional working from home.


Working pattern:
Term time + 1 week

Working hours:
Part time 33 hours per week, actual working days to be discussed at interview

Salary (calculated pro rata):£26,721 per annum

  • Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments_


The University of Brighton Academies Trust are looking for a passionate and dedicated safeguarding and pupil welfare professional who can make a positive difference to children in the critical role of
Compliance Support Officer.

You will be joining our dedicated School Improvement team and will deliver the universal and bespoke training provision for safeguarding and attendance management across our trust; creating a collaborative and supportive environment which will help keep vulnerable children safe.


  • A high level of understanding of statutory legislation and guidance related to children's safeguarding and child protection
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to influence change at a senior level
