We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating customer records
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills for processing orders and calculating discounts
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
