Are you a student looking for a fast paced role this summer? Or does contract work suit you over the months of July - September?

We are looking for hard working and enthusiastic team members to join us as Property Inspectors during our busy summer period.

We can offer you a varied and interesting role in the property industry. A great starting point for a career in lettings or property management, with every day being different

As part of our team you will spend your day visiting a varied range of vacant properties across East and West Sussex to prepare property condition reports.

You will need an eye for detail, and strong communication skills. You will work from our App compiling detailed property condition reports and collecting photographic data.

You will work from an appointed diary and must be self reliant with good initiative as you will work alone for the main part of your day, whilst always fully supported by our administrative team.

You will need to be ultra reliable, with a friendly and professional manner and the ability to manage your time well.

Interest in the Lettings industry is beneficial but not necessary. Full training is provided.

You should be confident driving in the local area. It is essential you have your own reliable vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Mileage and parking costs will all be reimbursed.

Members of our summer team have returned to us year after year, gaining work place experience and industry knowledge as part of our friendly team.

Ongoing flexible roles are available to fit around your studies once your summer contract is complete. Plus an end of contract bonus is available Join us for 2023


Working days:
Part time (3 x days) or full time roles available (5 x days) please specify your preference when applying. (Please note all roles including part-time are required to work 5 days a week during the last week of August and first week of September)

We are open Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm. All roles will include Saturday cover, shifts are arranged on a rota basis.
