Role responsibilities
To manage the production and distribution of customer information across various different platforms / touch points.

This will include train timetables, service changes due to engineering work, marketing campaigns, event day information, useful station information and various other operational customer information.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Production and distribution of timetable posters and online timetable booklets, downloading data from a bespoke timetable software.
  • Manage a network of internal large scale poster printers around the network and coordinate the printing and distribution of posters to be displayed at all stations where we operate.
  • Manage the contracts with external suppliers for print, mapping and timetable software providers to ensure they are delivering within budgets and deadlines
  • Manage the relationship with colleagues across the organisation including station and fleet teams who play a pivotal role in delivering our work and other external supplies.
  • To ensure all information meets our contractual obligations regarding deadlines and ensuring that all information is supplied bilingually (English only for England) and is available in accessible formats.

Who we're looking for

  • Strong organisational, teamworking and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • The confidence to use various different software packages and databases including Excel.
  • Ability to travel around the whole network on our trains to visit stations as required

Welsh Language Skills


Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills.
