The role of Product Operations Lead:


What you'll be doing:


Tools:
Manage the product & UX tech stack, establish internal best practices, and ensure team members are using tools effectively.


Data:
Work closely with Data on effective collection, organisation, and visualisation of quantitative data to support product decision-making. Ensure product leadership has access to relevant data to support reporting and strategy. Ensure squads can easily access data which supports their goals, and measure progress against metrics.


Insights & research:

Remove barriers to Product Managers, UX Designers, and Product Marketers getting insights, setting up processes and tools to collect, store and manage insights.


Feedback loop management:
Creating and optimising a robust feedback ecosystem to ensure it's being considered and acted on when appropriate.

We want to measure the impact of changes made on the back of feedback and let users know they are being heard.


Experimentation:
Help establish alpha-beta testing framework and support our squads in organising and leveraging experimentation.


Cross-functional collaboration:Help foster cross-team collaboration and alignment; and bridge communication gaps from product delivery to the rest of the company. Proactively manage and align stakeholders expectations to prevent misunderstanding. Tailoring communication to different audiences effectively.


About you:


  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills across multiple functions and teams
  • Data savvy and insights oriented
  • High level of attentiontodetail
  • Good understanding of product frameworks and development lifecycle
  • A problemsolver, able to understand complex challenges and break them into smaller problems
  • Interested in 'how' we do better and challenging teams' ways of working to achieve results
  • Excited to tackle problems of large organisational change

Salary and benefits:

£51,000 - £60,000 dependent upon experience

33 days annual leave (Inclusive of bank holidays)

Location:


We have a beautiful office space in Leeds and we love it when we get together to collaborate in person.

We typically operate a hybrid way of working, however some of our roles support remote working within the UK, if you live more than 50 miles from the office.


What to expect next:

If we invite you to meet with us for interview, here's an overview of what the process will look like:

  • Screening interview with someone in our Recruitment team (30 minutes).
  • First stage interview with the hiring manager and another Glean colleague (1 hour).
  • Final stage interview which includes a 1 hour culture and values interview, plus a 30 minute task. You will be meeting with the hiring manager and one of the Executive Team.
