Motor Claims Auditor

Full time position 37.5 hours per week, location: office based with possibility of hybrid working to be agreed
.


Contributing to development of and to execute the company's Claims Journey Audit programme and processes, ensuring that randomly selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately with feedback directly to the agent, Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team and SMT.


Experience:
years in
motor insurance claims handling and/or claims supervisory role, and
Knowledge of MOJ portal
 Qualifications:

Good standard of secondary education or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of personal injury within motor insurance background is essential


Salary:
£24,006.50-£37,557.45 per year
