The Opportunity

We are seeking a Hairdressing Tutor/Assessors to join our dedicated Apprenticeship team in Basingstoke/London on a flexible schedule of 4 to 5 days per week. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and administration skills, along with relevant teaching qualifications and the willingness to travel for training and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering comprehensive apprenticeship training in line with guidelines
Monitoring progress and developing individual learning plans
Ensuring health and safety standards in salons with apprentices
Participating in quality systems and compliance procedures
Adhering to safeguarding policies

We'd love to meet someone with:

Relevant teaching and assessor qualifications
At least one year of experience in training and assessing apprentices
Ability to work independently
Experience in delivering functional skills to apprentices
Supporting apprentices in qualification achievement
